Masako Chiba

Masako Chiba (Japanese千叶 真 子, Chiba Masako, born July 18, 1976 in Uji ) is a former Japanese long-distance runner.

In 1996, she presented with 31:44 on the current Japanese record in the 10 - km road race, and at the World Athletics Championships 1997 in Athens, she was the 10,000 - meter race in 31:41,93 third behind Sally Barsosio (KEN ) and Fernanda Ribeiro ( POR).
