Massimo Carrera

Massimo Carrera ( born April 22, 1964 in Sesto San Giovanni (MI), Italy ) is a retired Italian footballer. His main position was central defender.

Since June 2009, he worked as a Technical Coordinator of the Youth Department of Juventus.

Career

In the club

Massimo Carrera began his career with his hometown club, the AC Pro Sesto. After that he played for some smaller clubs. The highlight of his career he experienced at Juventus, where he played from 1991 to 1996 and the Champions League, could win the Scudetto and Coppa Italia. From 2006 to 2008 Carrera ran on in Serie C2 for the U.S. Pro Vercelli. In summer 2008, he finished, now 44 years old, his active career to become a coach.

In the National Team

Massimo Carrera denied on 19 February 1992 in a 4-0 against San Marino his only match for Italy.
