Mathias Dahlgren
Mathias Dahlgren ( born March 10, 1969 in Umeå ) is a Swedish chef and winner of the Bocuse d'Or.
Life
Dahlgren has already been elected four times to the Swedish Chef of the Year, while in Stockholm, the restaurant Bon Lloc led, which had from 1996 to 2005 a star in the Michelin Guide.
In 2007 he opened the restaurant Mathias Dahlgren, which in 2008 was also awarded a Michelin star at the Grand Hôtel Stockholm. 2009 got this restaurant only second in Sweden ever two stars in the Michelin Guide. His restaurant Matbaren in the same building received a star.
