Bent Stiansen

Bent Stiansen ( born June 18, 1963 in Arendal ) is a Norwegian chef, the first Scandinavian gold winner at the Bocuse d'Or in 1993.

Life

Opened in 1994 Stiansen with his Danish wife Anette the Statholdergaarden in Oslo, they lived together until her death in 2010. It is awarded with a Michelin star.
