MATIS Group

The Matis - group (own spelling: Matis ) is an internationally recognized group of companies for technology and management consultancy and is a provider of engineering services and development partner in the automotive, IT / electronics / telecommunications, aerospace, machine and plant construction, power generation and rail transport active. History

The origin of the Matis Group is located in France, where Maurice Guez founded in 1994, the first company. After several years of growth in the domestic market, the first branch was established outside France in 2000 in Morocco. In 2001 the company was expanded to include the divisions Matis information systems (IT systems for financial and insurance industry ) and Matis Telecom ( telecommunications) and supplemented by the creation of Matis Technologies (technical advice). With Belgium, the company expanded in 2005 to neighboring countries, with offices followed in Spain ( 2007), Germany (2008 ), Brazil (2009 ) and Mexico ( 2010). In 2011, the establishment of national offices in Switzerland and the Netherlands, as well as Matis Innovation is planned as a technology pioneer.

Since its expansion away from the French domestic market in 2000, the Matis Group expanded by an average of 30%. In 2010, the Group had approximately 1,250 employees Matis and generated sales of around 66 million euros.

Subsidiaries

  • Matis France: Since its inception in 1994, France is the main market of the group. Matis France employs more than 75% of global employees and is responsible for about two-thirds of the revenue generated. The international headquarters is located near Paris, national offices are located in Toulouse, Le Havre, Lyon and Bordeaux, more locations are planned in Lille and Strasbourg.
  • Matis Hispania: Matis Hispania operates three locations in Spain: The headquarters is located in Barcelona, development offices are in Madrid and Pamplona. The approximately 85 employees generate a turnover of around 4 million euros.
  • Matis Benelux: The main office of Matis Benelux is based in Brussels. In 2011, new offices in Liege and Eindhoven are planned. Currently Matis Benelux is the second largest subsidiary of the Group, and employs around 130 people and has a turnover of approximately 8.6 million euros.
  • Matis Germany: In 2008, the legally independent Matis Germany GmbH was founded to take over the business, which were previously managed from France, and expand. Headquartered in Munich, there are other locations in Stuttgart, Hannover, Hamburg and Berlin. In 2010, Matis Germany generated sales of about 6 million euros with 120 employees.
  • Matis do Brasil: The headquarters of Matis do Brasil is located in Campinas north of São Paulo.
  • Matis Switzerland: Since its founding in 2011, Matis Switzerland has opened offices in Zurich and Geneva.
