Matthew Centrowitz, Jr.

Matthew Centro joke (born 18 October 1989) is an American middle distance runner.

In 2007 he was Pan-American Junior Champion over 1500 m and 2008 U.S. junior champion over 5000 meters.

In 2011, he was more than 1500 meters U.S. and NCAA champion and won at the World Championships in Daegu bronze. In 2012, he was over the same distance at the World Indoor Championships in seventh in Istanbul. At the Olympic Games in London, he reached the fourth place.

Matthew Centro joke is 1,75 m tall and weighs 60 kg. He starts for the University of Oregon and is coached by Vince Lamanna. His father Matt Centro joke is athletics coach, was once a middle-distance runner in 1976 and 1980 U.S. Olympic squad.
