Matthew E. White

Matthew E. White ( born August 14, 1982 in Virginia Beach, Virginia) is an American singer and music producer.

Life

White was from 2006, member of the rock band The Great White Jenkins as a guitarist and singer, with whom he produced several recordings. From 2008 he was the head of the avant -garde jazz group Fight the Big Bull, came from the two CDs on the market.

2012 came with Big Heart White's first solo album out on his newly formed record label Space Bomb Records, which was a success both in the U.S. and in Europe. In the trade magazine Billboard, it came at No. 19, White was celebrated by eMusic as the most successful newcomer of the year in 2012. The record label Domino Records Big Inner brought in 2013 to the international market. The Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung, Der Spiegel and The Guardian, the British magazine Uncut respectively discussed the album.

White worked together in recent years with many musicians, including Steven Bernstein, Ken Vandermark and the group The Mountain Goats.
