Maurice de la Taille

Maurice de la Taille ( born November 30, 1872 in Semblançay, department of Indre -et -Loire, France, † October 23, 1933 in Paris) was a French Roman Catholic theologian and Jesuit.

Maurice de la Taille first attended the School of St. Mary's in Canterbury and the Benedictine St. Augustine College in Ramsgate. He joined in 1890 the Congregation of the Jesuits in Canterbury at. From 1892 to 1894 he studied humanities in Canterbury, 1894-1897 Philosophy in Jersey. In 1898 he was at the Sorbonne doctorate ( Ph.L. ) ​​. During his theological studies from 1898 to 1902, he received the priesthood in 1901.
