Maus Frères

The Maus Frères Holding is a Swiss company in the retail sector with headquarters in Geneva.

The company, among other things owns, directly or through subsidiaries, the department store chain Manor, the Jumbo - building market, the drugstore chain Parashop, the restaurant chain Manora and the sporting goods chain Athleticum. The company also holds majority interests in the companies Devanlay SA ( eg Lacoste clothing ), Gant and Aigle SA ( outdoor clothing and shoes ). By 2001, also still belonged Citydisc and Jeans & Co to ​​the Group.

At the Distributis AG, which operates the Swiss Carrefour hypermarkets, the Maus Frères Holding was involved with 60%; the remaining 40% held the Carrefour Group.
