Maus Frères
The Maus Frères Holding is a Swiss company in the retail sector with headquarters in Geneva.
The company, among other things owns, directly or through subsidiaries, the department store chain Manor, the Jumbo - building market, the drugstore chain Parashop, the restaurant chain Manora and the sporting goods chain Athleticum. The company also holds majority interests in the companies Devanlay SA ( eg Lacoste clothing ), Gant and Aigle SA ( outdoor clothing and shoes ). By 2001, also still belonged Citydisc and Jeans & Co to the Group.
At the Distributis AG, which operates the Swiss Carrefour hypermarkets, the Maus Frères Holding was involved with 60%; the remaining 40% held the Carrefour Group. August 21, 2007, Carrefour announced its intention to withdraw from the Swiss market and the big markets to sell to Coop, where the mouse Frères Group withdrew from the joint venture.
The Maus Frères Holding belongs to the families Maus and Nordmann. The turnover in 2006 was CHF 5.89 billion.

The 37 Manora restaurants are often located in Manor department stores and in Carrefour stores, sometimes at "independent" sites.
Debit card
The Group has a customer card under the name MyOne. With this customer cards can be purchased without cash in companies belonging to the Maus Frères Holding, . Also, no longer holding company belonging as Citydisc or jeans & Co., as well as a number of third parties (among travel agencies, mountain railways, gas stations ) accept the card as payment.
Production
The Maus Frères Holding owns a controlling interest in two industrial companies.
- The French Devanlay SA produces clothes for the brand Lacoste. In future, the company wants to be more involved in the sales area.
- The French Aigle SA produces outdoor clothes, shoes and boots.
