Maximiliano Amondarain

Maximiliano Amondarain, full name Javier Maximiliano Amondarain Colzada, (born 22 January 1993 Montevideo) is an Uruguayan football player.

Association

The 1.86 meter tall defender actor Amondarain was initially in rows of Nacional Montevideo. From there he moved in August 2012 on loan to Club Atlético Progreso. In the Apertura and Clausura 2012/13 there are 18 inserts ( no goals ) in the Primera División recorded for him. End of August 2013 he joined Cardiff City. In the Welsh he was in the current season 2013/14 so far (as of: January 23, 2014) is not used. End of December 2013 it was reported that he had been hired at his previous club Progreso.

National

Amondarain debuted on December 22, 2012 under coach Juan Verzeri at the Copa Antel the game against Atlético Paranaense in the Uruguayan U-20 national team. Amondarain belonged to the squad of the Uruguayan U -20 team in the U-20 South American Championship 2013 in Argentina and played a game during the tournament. In July 2013 he was then at the U- 20 World Cup 2013 in Turkey vice-champion with Uruguay. So far (as of July 5, 2013 ), he completed three matches in this age group. A goal he did not achieve.
