Mbangwe (also M'bahouin and Mbahouin ) is a Bantu language and is spoken by about 5200 people in Gabon and the Republic of Congo ( census 2000).
It is in southern Gabon in the province of Haut - Ogooué and west of the city of Franceville with about 3690 speakers and in the Republic of Congo in the region Lékoumou spread with about 1510 speakers.
Classification
Mbangwe is a Northwest Bantu language and belongs to Kele group that is classified as Guthrie Zone B20.
