Merciless Death

Merciless Death is an American thrash metal band from Canyon Country, Santa Clarita, California, which was founded in 2003.

History

The band was formed in 2003 by guitarist Dan Holder and bassist and vocalist Andy Torres. Together, they played a few songs for two until drummer Cesar Torres, brother of Andy Torreds, joined the band. In 2004 they recorded their first demo Annihilate the Masses. Following its several appearances followed in Los Angeles. In 2006 the debut album Evil appeared in the Night. It was re-released in 2007 on Heavy Artillery Records. This was followed by a tour of the United States. The following year, already the second album Realm of Terror was published by Heavy Artillery Records. In April 2008, followed by a tour of Europe, including an appearance at the Keep It True festival in Germany together with bands like Jag Panzer, Omen, Helstar and Sentinel Beast. In June and July 2008 gigs followed, along with Bonded by Blood. In September appearances followed with Fueled by Fire.

Style

Merciless Death play classic, aggressive, fast Thrash Metal in the style of the 1980s. The band is compared with other bands of the genre such as Anthrax, Slayer, Evil Dead, Exodus and Forbidden.
