Michel Morganella ( born May 17, 1989 in Sierre ) is a Swiss football player. Since January 2009 he is the Italian Serie A club U.S. Palermo under contract.

Career

Club career

Morganella played as a midfielder for FC Basel until the end of January 2009. He came from the offspring of FC Sion to the FCB, where he one season at U-16, U -18 and U -21 played until he was accepted into the senior squad in late February 2007. In the 2007 /08 season Morganella completed for FC Basel a game in the Axpo Super League.

End of January 2009 it took the Italian first division side U.S. Palermo under contract in which he signed a fixed-term contract until the end of June 2013.
