Davide Di Gennaro ( born June 16, 1988, Milan ) is an Italian footballer who is since the summer of 2013 in Palermo under contract.

Association
Davide Di Gennaro began his career in the youth department of AC Milan. The midfielder made his debut on 20 May 2007 at the home game against Udinese Calcio in Serie A. He did not make it in Milan to play in the first team and was awarded for the 2007/08 season to the then second division side FC Bologna. He belonged to the tribe squad and received many applications. In his sixth league use for Bologna on November 3, 2007 at the away game against FC Modena Di Gennaro scored his first hit. In the summer of 2008, a transfer of business between AC Milan and Genoa was announced. The Genoese attacker Marco Borriello moved to Milan, Genoa received in exchange for the transfer of rights Di Gennaro. He graduated from Round 1 of the 2008/09 season his only match for Genoa and was subsequently awarded to the end of the season league rivals Reggina Calcio.
The midfielder scored at Reggina to the service providers and posted on February 8, 2009 at the Giuseppe Meazza Stadium against AC Milan his first goal in Serie A. The match ended 1-1 draw. At season's end, the Milan acquired the rights transfer back to Di Gennaro. After an injury he missed the start of the 2009/10 season and then fell still several months out.
On 29 January 2010, AC Milan announced the loan of midfielder until the end of the season to the AS Livorno. He made his debut for Livorno on February 6, 2010 at the home game against Juventus, when he came on in the 85th minute for the attacker Claudio Bellucci. For the 2010/11 season he was loaned to second division club Calcio Padova.
National
Di Gennaro went through since the U-16 all the youth teams of Italy and was first appointed to the squad of the Italian U -21 selection, for which he made his debut on 18 November 2008 in the match against Germany in 2007 by National Pierluigi Casiraghi. In 2009, he was employed in three other parts of the U- 21, but was able to post any score.
