Marco Borriello ( born June 18, 1982 in Naples, Italy) is an Italian football player, he plays on the position of a center forward and is available since summer 2011 AS Roma under contract, but is currently playing on loan at West Ham United.

Career

Association

AC Milan and hire stations

Marco Borriello began his career in the youth teams of AC Milan. His first professional experience was gained in 2001 with the U.S. Triestina to which it was borrowed. In the 2001 /02 season he moved on loan to FBC Treviso, where he became a regular player. The following season, Borriello was loaned to Serie A club Empoli. After one season with Milan, where he had four league operations, the Neapolitans was for the 2004 /05 Reggina Calcio and 2005/ 06 on loan at Sampdoria, where he regularly came into use in each case. For the 2006/07 season Borriello was brought back and again tried his luck at AC Milan. After the championship game against AS Roma Borriello was tested positive for cortisone and closed for several months. In the 2007 /08 season he played in Genoa, who bought 50% of his transfer rights, and established himself as one of the most accurate scorers in Serie A with 19 goals in 35 games. Since the 2008/ 09 season, Marco Borriello plays again for his youth club AC Milan, who use the services of striker for around 7.5 million euros secured again.

AS Roma

In August 2010, Borriello was close to a move to Juventus, after this burst, he joined until end of season on loan at AS Roma. After he was able to convince coach Claudio Ranieri in 2010/ 11, from the capital finally committed him in the summer of 2011.

Loan to Turin

During the winter break of 2011/12 Borriello was loaned to Juventus. The rental was € 500,000. At the end of the season he was firmly committed for eight million euros. However, Juventus took this purchase option not to complete, so that Borriello returned to AS Roma.

During the winter break of the 2013/14 season, he spent six months on loan to West Ham United.

National

After Marco Borriello had already played for the U- 20 and U -21 selections of his country, he made his debut under manager Roberto Donadoni on 6 February 2008 in a 3-1 win over Portugal in the senior national team of Italy, for which he previously played seven times.
