Mick Jackson (director)
Mick Jackson ( born October 4, 1943 in Aveley, England ) is a British film and television director, producer and author.
Life
He is best known as the director of the film The Bodyguard ( 1992), starring Kevin Costner and Whitney Houston. Among the television movies that turned Jackson include Tuesdays with Morrie starring Jack Lemmon and threads.
During his career, he has been nominated twice for an Emmy Award three times and he won the BAFTA TV Award, once for threads.
