Mickey Renaud Captain's Trophy

The Mickey Renaud Captain's Trophy is an ice hockey trophy, which is awarded by the Ontario Hockey League ( OHL ) annually to the team captain with outstanding leadership, which has further demonstrated strength of character and is noticed by commitment. The award was first awarded in the 2008 /09 season. The winner will be announced in a choice of media representatives from the league. The trophy was named to the deceased in February 2008 Mickey Renaud in memory, the team captain of the Windsor Spitfires was. As a result, the Spitfires locked his jersey number 18, which has since been awarded to any player.
