Mieczysław Pawełkiewicz

Mieczysław Pawełkiewicz ( born February 13, 1938 in Bielsko- Biała, † December 3, 2007 in Bielsko -Biała) was a Polish luger, who competed in the 1960 in international competitions.

He won two silver medals at the FIL World Luge Championships (1963 in Imst in doubles with Edward Fender and 1965 in Davos in single-seaters ). At the Olympic Winter Games in 1964 in Innsbruck, he finished 6th place in the single-seater and the 7th place in the doubles.
