Mike Douglas

Mike Douglas ( born August 11, 1925 as Michael Delaney Dowd, Jr. in Chicago, † 11 August 2006 in North Palm Beach, Florida ) was an American singer, presenter and actor.

Life

Douglas began as a child singing in a choir and sang on a cruise ship on Lake Michigan later as a teenager. After his military service in the United States Navy, he moved to Los Angeles.
