Mike James (basketball, born 1975)

Michael Lamont James ( born June 23, 1975 in Amityville, Long Iceland, New York ) is an American professional basketball player.

Career

Michael Lamont James began his professional career between 1998 and 1999 in St. Pölten ( Austria ). He then 1999-2000 to Châlons -en -Champagne in France, where he played 28 games. He was never drafted and signed yet in 2001 a contract with the Miami Heat in the NBA. He then moved within the NBA first to the Boston Celtics (2003), then to the Detroit Pistons (2004), the Milwaukee Bucks (2004), the Houston Rockets (2005) and the Toronto Raptors (2005), where he met his breakthrough 20.3 points and 5.8 assists per game celebrated.
