Milton (Ontario)
The town of Milton is the seat of the Halton Region in the Greater Toronto Area in Canada.
Milton, about 40 km west of Toronto on the edge of Niagara Escarpment, was settled originally by the Iroquois tribe Attiwandaronon (or Hatiwantarunh ), founded on May 17, 1818 and finally on May 27, 1857 to the town ( Town).
