Milutin Dragicevic (* April 21, 1983 in Sabac, Yugoslavia ) is a Serbian handball player. His playing position is at the circle.

Milutin Dragicevic learned the handball matches at Metaloplastika Sabac. He played from 2005 in Romania in Constanta, from 2007 in Denmark Bjerringbro - Silkeborg and since 2010 in the Handball - Bundesliga THW Kiel. In May 2012, Dragicevic agreed with the THW on early termination. Then he returned to HCM Constanta. A year later he moved to Metaloplastika Sabac. In January 2014 Dragicevic was contracted by the Danish first division club Nordsjælland Håndbold until the end of the season 2013/14.

Dragicevic has a body length of 1.87 m and weighs around 100 kg. He is married to Dragana and has a son.
