Minuscule 82

Minuscule 82 ( in the Gregory- Aland numbering ), O 1 ( von Soden ), is a Greek Minuskelhandschrift of the New Testament on 246 parchment leaves ( 20.6 × 16 cm). Using palaeography was dated the manuscript to the 10th century. The manuscript is complete.

Description

The manuscript contains the text of the New Testament except the Gospels. He has written one column with 28 rows. The manuscript contains Prolegomena, lists of κεφαλαια, κεφαλαια, τιτλοι, signatures, στιχοι, scholia, and more. It contains treatise of Pseudo- Dorotheus over 12 apostles and 72 disciples ( as in Minuscule 93).

The order of the books is Acts, Catholic Epistles, Pauline Epistles, and Revelation of John. The book of Hebrews is listed as the last book of Paul.

The Greek text of this codex is a representative of the Byzantine text-type. Kurt Aland placed it in Category V.

History

The manuscript was examined by Johann Jakob Wettstein and Johann Martin Augustin Scholz.

The Code is currently in the Bibliothèque nationale de France ( Gr. 237) in Paris.
