The Rio Mira is a river in Alentejo / Portugal. It rises in the Serra do Caldeirão 470 m above sea level and ends at Vila Nova de Milfontes into the Atlantic. It is the Mira around a river flowing from south to north, as the adjacent river Rio Sado. The river is 145 km long. Tributaries of the Rio Mira are, inter alia, Ribeira do Torgal and the rivers Luzianes and Perna Seca on the right side and the rivers Macheira, Guilherme and Telhares on the left.

The valley of the Rio Mira between the place Odemira and the estuary at Vila Nova de Milfontes is part of the national park Parque Natural do Southwest Alentejo and Costa Vicentina.
