Mirko Paetzold

Mirko Paetzold ( born April 9, 1976 in Strausberg ) is a German Bobsportler.

Mirko Paetzold is sports soldier in the German army and starts for the BRC Riesa. Since 1998, the former sprinter is active as a pusher / brakeman in bobsleigh. He also drove at in the carriage of Matthias Benesch, Matthias Hoepfner, Karl Angerer and currently at Thomas Florschütz. In many cases could Paetzold be placed in twos and man bobsleigh, several times even on the podium. The best results were second places in four in 1999 in St. Moritz and 2007 in Lake Placid in the two-man bob. In 2007 he won the German championship titles in both the two - and four-man of the Florschütz.
