Mohammad Paziraei

Mohammad Paziraei (Persian محمد پذيرائی, * August 4, 1929 in Badkhowreh, East Azerbaijan, † 2002) is a former Iranian wrestler. He stepped into the style of Greco-Roman and was a participant at the Summer Olympic Games in Rome in 1960.

He celebrated his biggest success at the Olympic Summer Games in Rome, when he was in the weight class " flyweight (52 kg) " took and behind Osman Sayed (United Arab Republic / Egypt and Syria) and Dumitru Pârvulescu from Romania was third and thus the bronze medal in this discipline won.

In 1962 he was once more in the squad of the Iranian national team wrestler, who took part in the Wrestling World Championships in Toledo ( Ohio). Mohammad Paziraei was only sixth in this World Cup.
