Molkenhaus (Bad Harzburg)

The whey house in the Harz mountain range, near Bad Harzburg in Lower Saxony district of Goslar is a built as a wooden house in the 1822 barn, which currently serves as a tourist restaurant.

Geographical location

The whey house is located in the Upper Harz Harz National Park. History

The first Molkenhaus made ​​in 1665 the bailiff Johann Heinrich von Uslar on the eastern slope of the mountain rope, near the Fuhlelohnbach, build.
