Life
Monica Potter is the daughter of Paul Brokaw, an inventor, and his wife Nancy, a secretary. She grew up in a strict Catholic family with three other sisters in Cleveland, where she also attended Villa Angela Catholic School. At age 19, she became pregnant and married Tom Potter, with whom she has two sons, and moved in 1994 to Los Angeles.
