Lloyd Morgan Stoddart ( born September 23, 1984 in Trealaw, Rhondda Cynon Taf, Glamorgan ) is a Welsh rugby union player. He is active for the Scarlets.

Stoddart began his career at Treorchy RFC in the Welsh Premier Division. After the club relegation, he moved to Pontypridd RFC. With Pontypridd he won the 2006 Welsh Cup and was then transferred to the Scarlets. In his first season he was still used mainly in the Welsh League for the Llanelli RFC, but sat down at the Scarlets by soon.

In November 2007, Stoddart was first added to the ranks of the national team, opponent was the newly crowned world champions South Africa. He put in his first international match and his first attempt.
