Moribund Oblivion

Moribund Oblivion is a Turkish black metal band that was founded in Istanbul in 1999 and 2010 stands at Atlantis under contract.

Band History

The band was founded by Bahadr Uludağlar (vocals ) in 1999. By 2008, the band lineup changed frequently. 2010 the band consists of Bahadr Uludağlar, Can Agriboz (keyboard), Onur Burgaz (bass guitar) and Savas Sungur ( guitar). The band played together with groups such as Moonspell and Rotting Christ, as well as on the Turkish Barisarock Festival and Rock the Nations. In 2002 the band released their first EP Like a Falling Haze. This was a promotion for her debut album that followed in 2004 and called Khanjar. Their first music video for the song Ruins of Kara- Shehr was broadcast by the transmitters and TRT Dream TV. In 2006 the band signed a contract with Atlantis Music and released her second album Brain Machine in the same year. A year later, the third album with Time of Facebook. Their fourth album KIN ( Killer Is Nowhere ), the band released in December 2008. Additionally, the band played at the festival in Tbilisi Georgia and in the interregnum Festival in Rostock. In 2009, the band for the first time from a tour of Germany.

In 2008, the band was seen in two of the leading Turkish newspapers. First appeared in July 2008, an article in the Star. Two months later, another article in the Hurriyet.
