Mr. AZ is the second studio album by American singer-songwriter Jason Mraz.
Background
Jason Mraz ' second studio album was released on 27 July 2005. The album, in contrast to Mraz ' earlier work on a clearly more pop sound. This was taken up by critical fans and the album could hold only three weeks in the U.S. Top 50. With Steve Lillywhite a successful producer on board was brought, which provides previously worked with music greats such as Coldplay, the Dave Matthews Band and the Rolling Stones. On the album can be heard in addition to the usual for Mraz instruments (like the guitar) also untypical like piano and violins.
Furthermore, the song Mr. Curiousity contains a verse which is presented by Mraz at the Opera singing style. The German public was the song, especially in the version of Lena Meyer -Landrut known when she lectured him in the semi-final of Unser Star für Oslo.
