Waiting for My Rocket to Come is the debut album by American singer-songwriter and musician Jason Mraz.

Background

The album was released on 15 October 2002 and became particularly by the catchy debut single The Remedy ( I Will not Worry ) wide interest. The third single, You And I Both also introduced a significant number of Radio Plays in the United States and made known the album continues. In May 2005, the album went platinum and landed at No. 5 on the Billboard 200 Striking for the album is the guitar work of Jason Mraz, the listeners and critics to inspire the same white. The first single The Remedy ( I Will not Worry ) tells of a friend of Jason Mraz, who was diagnosed with cancer and how this experience changed his outlook on life. The line " I'm just a curbside prophet, with my hand in my pocket, and I'm waiting for my rocket to come " from the second single release Curbside Prophet is interpreted by many as an allusion to masturbation. The album was awarded platinum status in the United States. Worldwide, about 500,000 copies were sold.
