The Stena Nautica is a RoRo ferry Stena Line.

History

In September 1983, two identical ferries from Danske Statsbaner were ordered for the route from Aarhus to Kalundborg in Nakskov Skibsværft in Nakskov. The ships were delivered in 1985 and 1986 when Peder pair and Niels Klim. In 1987 the ships were taken over by Stena Line and renamed Stena Invicta and Stena Nautica. The Stena Nautica was on but most of the time in Arhus. In 1992 she was chartered by B & I Line and inserted into the Irish Sea, Isle Of Innisfree as between Pembroke Dock and Rosslare and later Holyhead and Dublin. 1995 And arrived to Stena Line subsidiary Lion Ferry and was inserted between Varberg / Halmstad and Grenå. In 2002 it was rebuilt. The lower passenger deck became a vehicle deck. The passenger capacity was reduced from 2000 to 653, while on the other hand, the vehicle capacity was increased from 604 to 1235 meters.
