The milling head at Stryck in Upland is about 825 m above sea level. NHN high elevation of the Rothaargebirge in northern Hesse Waldeck- Frankenberg ( Germany ).

Geography

Location

The milling head is located in the northeast part of the Rothaargebirge in Diemelsee Nature Park. Its summit rises about 2.5 km south of the main town of Willingen and 1.5 km (in each case a straight line ) southwest of the hamlet Willinger Stryck. He is a pioneer of the northeasterly Hege head ( 842.9 m) and a south-southeast of the Ettelsberg ( 837.7 m). East past the wooded elevation flows Diemel inflow Itter. Reserves

On the eastern flank of the mill head nature reserve Grebe stones is Willingen ( CDDA-Nr. 163314; reported in 1985, 12 ha in size). Mühlenkopfschanze
