Murat Günak

Murat Günak ( born August 9, 1957 in Istanbul ) is a German designer of Turkish origin and was from 2004 to January 2007 Head of the Volkswagen Design Department. Today, he is devoted to the topic of electric mobility.

Life

Murat Günak grew up as the son of a specialist first in Turkey and came at the age of eight years after Germany. He went to high school in GER and Warburg. Subsequently, he studied design at the Kassel Art Academy and earned the "Master of Automotive Design" at London's Royal College of Art
