Muttenhorn

The Muttenhörner are a little more than two kilometers long rocky ridge in the Gotthard massif in the Lepontine Alps south of the Furka Pass. Location

The United Muttenhorn as northwesterly terminus of the Muttenhörner is also the highest point of the rocky ridge. It sends four ridges, west to Tällistock ( 2,875 m above sea level. The ridge of Muttenhörner is weathered and supports a series of sharp-edged, gneiss and granite peaks, but that protrude only slightly above the mean ridge line. M. ), then turns to the southeast in the further course and rises to chli Muttenhorn back to over 3000 meters. The United Muttenhorn is by far the most visited peaks of Muttenhörner.
