Nadezhda Bazhina

Nadezhda Valerevna Baschina (Russian Надежда Валерьевна Бажина, born December 29, 1987 in Penza) is a Russian water jumper. It is in the art of jumping from 1 m and 3 m- board and in the 3m synchronized diving - active, where it starts at the side of Svetlana Filippowa.

Baschina won several medals at European Swimming Championships, including gold in 2006 in Budapest in 3m synchro competition and 2010 at the same place from the 3 m board. At the European Championships 2011 in Turin, she won three silver medals at the European Championships 2012 in Eindhoven two bronze medals.

In 2012 she started for the first time at the Olympics. In London, she won the 3-meter board after eighth in the preliminaries, semi-finals only in the 17th Place and retired.
