Nant, Aveyron

Nant is a commune with 929 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2011 ) in the south of the department of Aveyron. It is the capital of the canton of the same name.

Geography

The village lies in the valley of the river Dourbie between the Causse Noir in the Northeast and the Causse du Larzac in the West. In the Nant Durzon opens into the Dourbie.
