Narromine Shire

Narromine is located in the center of the state about 440 km northwest of the city of Sydney. The area includes 23 districts and towns: Buddah, Bulgandramine, Burringeel, Burroway, Ceres, Fairview, Farrendale, Gin Gin, Haber Worth, Mungeribar, Mungerie, Narromine, Oaks Bridge, Timbrebongie, Tomingley West, Trangie, Trangie Research Station, Tyrie, Webbs Siding, Wyanga and parts of Bundemar, Dandaloo and Tomingley. The seat of the Shire Council is located in the town of Narromine in the east of the LGA, where about 3,600 inhabitants.

Management

The Narromine Shire Council has nine members, who are elected by the residents of the LGA. Narromine is not divided into districts. From the circle of Councillor also the Mayor ( Mayor ) of the Council recruited.
