Neil Asher Silberman

Neil Asher Silberman ( born June 19, 1950 in Boston, Massachusetts) is an American archaeologist and historian. He is a graduate of Wesleyan University in Middletown, Connecticut and specializes at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem on the archeology of the Middle East.

He worked from 2004 to 2007 as director of the " Ename Center for Public Archaeology and Heritage Presentation " in Belgium, but has returned to the U.S. in the fall of 2007, where he among other things, has worked as co-editor of the prestigious Archaeology Magazine.
