Neverland-Ranch

The Neverland Ranch, in the Santa Ynez Valley in California, was the estate of the late U.S. pop star Michael 2009 Jackson. The 17 million -US-dollar property, which was formerly known as " Sycamore Valley Ranch ", was named after Neverland, the home of Peter Pan, and on the basis of Elvis' estate ( Graceland ).

The ranch is very remote in the Santa Ynez Valley, about ten minutes outside the town of Los Olivos, and about 18 km north of the town of Santa Ynez. The area lives primarily on viticulture.

Michael Jackson had bought the ranch in 1988 and in the same train his parents' house ( " Hayvenhurst " ) in Encino, Calif. leave.
