New Mexico State Road 2

The New Mexico State Route 2 (short NM 2) is a state highway in the U.S. state of New Mexico, which runs in a north -south direction.

The State Route begins on U.S. Highway 285 north of Artesia and ends south of Roswell on U.S. 285 at Midway again, the two-lane NM 2 traversed in its course the cities of Dexter, Greenfield, Hagerman and Lake Arthur. Between Dexter and Midway the road is called Old Dexter Highway.
