NGC 4214

NGC 4214 is the name of an irregular galaxy, which is about 13 million light -years away from Earth. In NGC 4214, many new stars and star clusters, identified by the white- bluish light. Scientists believe that the massive stars of the cluster will explode soon as supernovae in the center.

The galaxy was discovered on April 28, 1785 by the German - British astronomer William Herschel.
