NGC 5033

NGC 5033 is a spiral galaxy in the constellation Canes Venatici and is about 37 million light- years away from Earth. NGC 5033 has an active galactic nucleus with a supermassive black hole.

NGC 5033 was discovered on May 1, 1785 by the German - British astronomer William Herschel.
