Niccolò Rinaldi

Niccolò Rinaldi ( born December 3, 1962 in Florence) is an Italian politician of the party Italia dei Valori.

In 2009 he was elected as an independent candidate from the list Italia dei Valorie into the European Parliament. He is a member of the ALDE there, where he held the office of Deputy Secretary-General by the end of 2000. He currently acts as its Vice President. He is leader of the delegation IdV in the European Parliament.

Rinaldi has a number of books on current political problems of Europe, particularly Italy, as well as the Near East, Afghanistan and Africa's written, some of which into English, French and Spanish have been translated.
