Nicholas Araújo Dias dos Santos ( born February 14, 1980 in Ribeirão Preto, State of São Paulo) is a Brazilian dolphin and freestyle swimmer, one of the most successful swimmers in the country after his seven years younger compatriot and Freestyle colleagues Cesar Cielo.

Achievements

Santos crowned his long float career with a world title on 50 Meter Butterfly in 22.20 seconds at the Short Course World Championships in Istanbul, in the Sinan Erdem Dome on December 14, 2012. He referred Chad le Clos (South Africa, 22.26 ) and Tom Shields (USA, 22,46 ) to the places. Originally from the " full body condom" - time world best Steffen Deiblers he missed it by 40 hundredths of a second, but presented the Short Course World Championships fastest time of the Venezuelan Albert Subirats from the year 2010.

2011 Santos came with other Brazilian swimmers under suspicion of improper use of the masking agent furosemide.
