The Office Niemegk is a 1992 formed Office in Brandenburg, in the first six municipalities in the former county Belzig (today district of Potsdam - means, Brandenburg ) were combined into an administrative group. Five other communities were still assigned to the Office 1992. Through municipal mergers and incorporations, also because the exchange of the Office, the number of municipalities decreased, so that the Office Niemegk currently has four official belonging to communities.

Geographical location

The Office Niemegk located in the south of the district of Potsdam- agent Mark Brandenburg ( Germany ). It borders the municipality and Wiesenburg / Mark in the west, to the north by the official free city Bad Belzig and to the Office Brück, on the east by the official free city Treuenbrietzen, as well as to the State of Saxony -Anhalt in the south.

The Office Niemegk currently manages four municipalities:

  • Mühlenfließ with Haseloff - Grabow, Nichel, Niederwerbig and Schlalach
  • Niemegk ( City) with Hohenwerbig and Lühnsdorf
  • Planetal with Dahnsdorf, Kranepuhl, Locktow and Mörz
  • Rabenstein / flaming with beech wood b. Niemegk, Garrey, United Marzehns, Small Marzehns, ravens and Rädigke

History

On 29 October 1992, the Minister of the Interior of Brandenburg agreed to the formation of the Office Niemegk. As the time of conclusion of the Office November 2, 1992 has been set. The office was located in the city Niemegk and initially consisted of ten municipalities in the former county Belzig, five other communities has been assigned:

On 30 April 2002, the Minister of the Interior approved the State of Brandenburg, the inclusion of the community Brachwitz June 1, 2002 in the city Treuenbrietzen (then belonging to the Official Treuenbrietzen, from October 26, 2003 official release ). On July 1, 2002, the municipalities Buchholz joined b. Niemegk, Garrey, United Marzehns, Small Marzehns, ravens and Rädigke the new municipality Rabenstein / Flaming together. Also on July 1, 2002, the municipalities Dahnsdorf, Kranepuhl and Mörz merged with the municipality Locktow (Official Brück ) to the new community Planetal; Locktow changed so in the Office Niemegk. On 30 April 2002, the Ministry of the Interior of Brandenburg approved the merger of the municipalities Haseloff - Grabow, Nichel, Niederwerbig and Schlalach the new community Mühlenfließ with effect from 1 July 2002. Bringing the number of official member municipalities had become reduced to four.
