North Wembley station

North Wembley is a railway station in the London Borough of Brent. It is located in the Travelcard Zone 4 at East Lane. The station is served by London Overground on the one hand, suburban trains between London Euston and Watford Junction, on the other hand, on the Bakerloo line of the London Underground. In the year 2011 there were 1.57 million subway passengers the station, added 0.308 million passengers by rail.

The opening of the station took place on June 15, 1912 by the London and North Western Railway ( LNWR ), as this along the already existing since 1837 West Coast Main Line new tracks for the electric suburban moved (called the Watford DC Line). The Bakerloo Line started its operations on 16 April 1917. The operation of the Bakerloo Line was temporarily suspended on the section north of Stonebridge Park Between 24 September 1982 and 4 June 1984.
