Nueva Alborada

Nueva Alborada, a district in the department of Itapúa Paraguay, was founded on 30 August 1961 by German colonists under the name Colonia Alborada. As the village was raised to the district, he called himself Capitán Vicente Matiuada, but in 1989 he was awarded by decree then its current name.

In the district of Nueva Alborada live about 6500 people, the town center itself has about 270 inhabitants. It is surrounded by the neighboring districts Cambyretá, Capitán Miranda and Trinidad.
