Odd Nordstoga

Odd Nordstoga ( born December 10, 1972) is a Norwegian musician, singer and composer from Vinje (Telemark ). In 2004, he had great success with his first solo album " Luring ". The album, a mixture of pop music and traditional folk music and with texts in Nynorsk, sold in Norway more than 150 000 times. In 2008, the album was released Pilegrim.

Life

Odd Nordstoga is married to Hilde Marit Kvile and has two children; the family has lived in Lambertseter in Oslo. He comes from a very musical family. Both parents, Ellen and Olav Nordstoga, are well-known singer in folk music circles. Along with odds greater brother Aasmund Nordstoga they gave the plate he Livet godt ( Life is good) with texts by Aasmund Olavsson Vinje out. Odd Nordstogas first instrument was the accordion, which he was eight years old. Since then, he sings and plays various instruments.

Work for television
